Then he should get to work and tell his agent to be rational.

NFL wanting an 18 game season, but limiting players to availability of only 16 games played, might make Taylor even more important of an asset. Unless they change the roster structure and rules altogether it’s hard to imagine how that kind of split availability would work. Preseason games become regular season games #1 and #2, cuts after? Nuts. Clearly there would be a bunch of changes, roster size being only one of them. NFLPA has come out against the idea of an 18 game schedule. Not sure why though, as it would almost certainly mean increased NFLPA membership, and the accompanying increase in dues revenue. Players should not care too much, as it forces each player to not play at some point in the season, twice.....lose the bye week, and the NFL is only adding a single week to the length of season....unless they did as you mentioned with cutting pre-season games. Unknown reserve players get a shot to show their stuff......what is not to like about this?

Trade him to the Dolphins or Bengals. Get it done yesterday. Let him finish out his career with no shot at anything. I am on the same page. (whether you meant it or not))).

His 5 sacks last year is irreplaceable ? Now you can post he was injured. So you want Mega contracts for injured players ? His injury will be arthritis of the foot that you are paying millions for. Expect a big year for Bosa. He's playing for his big contract right now. If he has to rip off his 4 years bad foot off and throw it at the QB, I'm sure he will. REACT TO MY SPLASH OF REALITY !!!!!! FLAME ME FLAME ME FLAME ME !!!!!!!!!!! ONLY I KEEP IT REAL !!!! He missed 4 games as a rookie and 8-9 last year. When he held out as a rookie half the fans wanted him gone already. Now we can’t do without him? Tyrod Taylor is making $5.5m to hold a clipboard Nominated. When we want to play big businessmen, the big tough guy decisions have to be across the board. Evaluate on stats and merit. Not personal fantasy love specific ones fanboy. CONTINUE TO BURN ME TO THE GROUND !!!!!!!!!!!

Plenty of questions ice skimmer. We drafted one before the other, and the Mods and posters LOVE to say "Wait your turn." Gordon came first. Getting extended in your 5th year option goes on all the time. So let's not try multiple tricks on here. I'm watching. You don't want me watching, believe me. I'm watching.

Of course he does. Here is a major major problem Joe. You'll have to admit this much: Telesco has a reputation: Keep your nose clean and the team will take care of you. Gordon may be THE poster boy for doing the right things.

Go start a new thread about a 18 game season instead of hijacking the original one.......Geez

Gordon may be THE poster boy for doing the right things. Yes, but he isn’t worth a Todd Gurley-type contract. MG won’t get that $$$ from anybody, so if his agent is smart he’d be doing his best to work up the Chargers offer rather than be insulted by the offer. The starting point of negotiations shouldn’t be at Gurley’s contract $$$ IMO. That’s a non-starter.
