Trent Scott wasn't good today and we shouldn't be comfortable with him moving forward. One thing tho, is he the one who planted Leonard? it was disgusting to me that in game 1 of the season Brandon Facyson was the CB. He's a 3rd stringer at best and got eaten alive out there. The only thing that save him from a monumental day of infamy was the Colts ability to run. They didnt need to throw it at him although they knew they could. At will. Our run d was horrible. The Colts OL won the battle decisively. This was a match up I wanted to see and hope to never see again. I dont think I'll see another performance from Adam Vinatieri like the one I saw today. Historic. On the good side, Ekeler was great in space. JJ looked solid as well. He had some holes to run thru. Keenan was great especially on the jump ball td. HH was ok but we need more from Travis and MW. Our LB core was weak. Phillips isn't an LB. White barely is. Thomas Davis has good stats but little real impact. Overall, we made this one much closer than it should have been. Torture Careful ctommes doesn't like negativity. I agree with all your points... We need to play better than this at home if we expect to improve from last seasons playoff dismissal. This team needs to dominate and play with some edge... I saw that from Keenan Allen and I hope it becomes contagious. I certainly don't see it from Bosa, him and Ingram both seemed pretty tame out there (from what I saw). Bosa had an amazing series just preceding the King muffed pint. He made all three tackles on that series, including a sack, a tackle on Mack and then chased Ty Hilton down the field on the WR screen to keep them from picking up the first. He was fired up that series. I don’t know if he was pissed at the Colts OL or frustrated but he showed dominance. Then King muffed the punt and we lost momentum

I was hoping for a better game from Hunter Henry... Its obvious he doesn't have much rapport with PR, at least not like AG. Not yet at least. Helps that Gates was so durable. Also HOFer.

Hi Pac, Hows the HS team this year 2-0, but lots of weaknesses. Should be 6-0 before we get to the grinders.

The good thing is the pocket for PR to step up into was there for majority of the game. We need tackle help. Why was Facyson out there so much?

Watched most of the game.......Bolts need more than just OT help, don't kid yourself. The Bolt run defence has issues......

This team has regressed from last year. The defense is pore. Have to agree.

Why was Facyson out there so much? Watched most of the game.......Bolts need more than just OT help, don't kid yourself. The Bolt run defence has issues...... Lets not get carried away either. Who was on the other side of the ball? Houston is still a beast. He was not the only one. No way an OT wins vs him 100% of the time. Don't forget Indy is a good team. they were not a cake walk coming in. The Bolts ran pretty damn well today too. Was that just Ekkler and Jackson or did the OL actually play a role? They made some nice holes. I think that is encouraging. INDY's strength on O is the run game. What did you actually expect? No success? Sure it would be nice to have the Bolts D shut that down, but just because they couldn't doesn't mean they suck. That said we knew there were weaknesses esp vs the run. At least, we knew they struggles there last year and we were hoping it would be better. I think going against a strong run team is just one data point. lets see what happens over the next few games.
