So players and coaches always play to win? Tell that to the Eagles... Totally obvious Sudfeld was put in the game to lose... They were losing with Hurts, and the draft position between a W and L was minimal. I don’t think it mattered as far as the game result goes, but I had read that they had made a pre-game decision to play Sudfeld in the 4th quarter to see him live because the break is irreconcilable between the Eagles and Wentz (a healthy scratch from today’s lineup). Wentz wants to be traded, and that’s a difficult task given his anchor of a contract.

Not sure how that's going to unfold.........................

It was incredibly close with Philly in great field position to take the lead. Pederson tanked that game, and there is no such thing as minimal draft position loss. We have seen it several times where one club ahead of you picks your guy... Its never minimal to lose draft position, especially in the Eagles circumstance. Personally I think all of this is getting out of hand... The NFL desperately needs a draft lottery like the NBA.

I don't see it.

If the club announced before the game this QB plan for the game, and did exactly as they said, seems like a non controversy. Club and QB on same page, both agreeing time to move on, yet moving Wentz might be difficult unless there is retained salary. Does NFL have that?

Right before we hand Aaron Rodgers the MVP Award. He had 48 TD's.
That is more TD's than the Packers team had punts !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Here is another goodie......Derek Henry went over 2000 yards rushing.
If he never played in the first half of any game this year, he still would have come in 4th place in rushing for the season.
WTH ?!?!?!?!?!?!?
He's also the first person EVER: 2000 yards in high school, college, and the NFL
