Another 2nd hal el-foldo? Yep. I thought the coaching staff were better than this. Just about every Charger is mistake prone, just some more than others.

They kept it more competitive than I thought, but in the end the outcome I predicted.
I don’t get to see the games, just follow on espn. I could tell since game 1 this was not a good team this year.
Too bad, but something sadly I have become accustomed too.

Too bad, but something sadly I have become accustomed too. To be fair, the Bolts have plenty of talent, at least enough talent to be competitive pretty much every game. Throw in the injuries, crappy OL, and marginal coaching.....well you get what you see, 1-2 record. Wonder if they will be favoured to win next week against Miami?

Truth is our offense is pretty good between the 20's but that doesn't produce a lot of points. The defense has a below average pass rush and a poor set of DB's. When the injured DB's get back it should make for much improvement. But it looks like it may be too late to salvage this season. This years team sure doesn't look as good as last years.

the two roughing the passer on the bolts calls I thought were lame. Both extended drives that lead to points.
Feeney had a set back game. Bolts should have been up 21 zip.
The step on throat mentality must have been left in the locker room at half time. the bolts never run a hurry up. Always letting PR call the adjustments lets the D rotate and get the personal in it needs. That should change IMO. I get PR is a master at that but some times you just need to run the damn play called faster. Having to call two Time Outs because you ran out of time getting set is on PR and the coaches. No excuse.
The secondary is a problem. I counted only 4 plays where they made Watson scramble. Bradly needs to blitz more IMO. Watson had too much time or was able to get out.
The run game is not as effective as the stats say. Ekler, Jackson are not work horses. Only a few plays that were effective. Too bad MGIII is a horse's ass. The Bolts need a TE too. Evidently the ones we have seem to not be able to get open at all. I wonder if PR is solely keying on KA or the other WR are not getting open either. Personally, I think its the former more, but both is more likely. Benji is not a good WR. So that leaves Inman and Williams. Williams is good. Inman is average barely.
Despite the problems the bolts are in and I think will be in every game, they can win.
Right now I agree with Roo, they are not as good as last year. At least not mentally.
