I'm driving 12 hours to attend this one. It better be a win.
We have all experienced many Chargers seasons that start out slow but I never expected a 2-4 record heading into this one. Especially with that schedule.
I hate using this term prematurely....but....it is kind of a must win for both teams. Whoever drops to 2-5 is pretty much done.
I have a feeling Keenan Allen is going to get open regularly and save the season this week.

6th against the pass
15th against the run.

The Titans know they don’t need a qb to beat us. Look for Derrick Henry all day long.
Offense needs to go hurry up mode, no huddle, play like the 4th quarter against the Steelers.
Hard to have any hope for this team.

Melvin Gordon says more carries is the key to getting the offense going. I think he's right, a balance offense is the best offense. The question is - can our OL provide some running lanes? The other piece to the puzzle is not starting off giving up easy scores to the opponent. You fall way behind like the last two weeks and you become a pass only team.

Let me show you what bad is: My son and I were texting back and forth. We had the lateral pass to Gordon that was a horror show, and Pitt ran it in for a touchdown. My son texted "Crap". I texted back "I'm actually sorry we have to get the ball back now."
Yeah, it was THAT bad.

C'mon guys it's not Rivers fault, so many people are talking about getting a replacement for 37 year old Rivers but no one is clamoring for a replacement for 40 year old Brees or 42 year old Brady and Rivers is playing nearly as well as them (Brady 150 yds vs. Bills, etc.) Rivers can actually get better and better with age due to his brain, just like Brees and Brady have.
