Um........No. Lynn will not be fired. Correct He will not. Esp when he pulls the bolts back from the Edge of failure within the paws of the bears. Then out of the box from the packers followed by a safe win over the raiders Culminating with a ceremonial burial of the Chiefs. I understand the belief, and I am fortunate (or cursed) to be asked for realism in my interactions with the Boss. Makes my takes on here a bit difficult for many to like.

Um........No. Lynn will not be fired. My reply was referring to Lynn being dumped now, or end of season. My post clearly says Lynn will stay.......the blame for the poor season will be firmly placed on injuries. If one looks at Lynn's performance as HC over his years at the Bolts, the same mistakes come up. Lynn simply is not getting better, and his style is less than creative, in my view Bolts need that fresh creative coach to right the ship. Lynn will not be fired.

Lynn came into this season with a 21-11 record. Pretty good.
I don't see a single season drop off as being enough to look elsewhere. Though, if things were really south and you could show his decisions were a factor...

This coaching staff is uninspiring, probably incompetent, and are not going to deliver a championship with this team, ever. They need to be looking for the right fit or this crew will keep the team stuck in a Norv feedback loop forever. |

The O, D & STs have appeared to address certain specifics in a fixed manner, with mixed results, failing to take into account variables such as talent available, talent against, etc. That and repetitive mistakes, apparent lack of situational awareness. I don't mind more or less boring, uninspired football with an occasional shining play that results in a "W" but mistake ridden, boring, uninspired football that consistently produces "L's"? Time to move on. Of course finishing 11-5, 10-6 this year would probably change my perspective.
