Bosa has a monster game today. The. His brother Nick went out and got 3 sacks in the first half. This is why I wanted TT to trade up to get Nick, imagine the Bro-sa's playing together forever! We (I) know why you wanted to do it. They would have had to trade their entire draft to move up from the #28 to the #2 pick in the draft when they already have Melvin Ingram at the other DE. That's why the Chargers didn't do it.

Correct we would have lost out on Tillery and Adderley and Pipkens which would have been no loss ... put Ingram back at blitzing LB and we would win every game via shutout!

We win the games we could lose and lose the games we should win Reverse all games (except Mia) Lose to Indy Win at Det Win vs Hou Win vs Den Win vs Pitt Win at Tenn Lose at Chi Could have easily happened had 1 play been different We'd be 6-2 right now instead of 3-5 and the media would love us. We don't ever get blown out! The mind blowing disasters at Tennessee goal line and we are 4-4. .........................................

And next year’s #1, and the next, and ... Not literally saying they would have traded every pick from 2019, but their draft stock would have been depleted for years while they already have Ingram in the roster at the other DE. The Chargers roster had needs to address, but DE was about last in what they needed The Rams had to swap their 1st round pick and give up two 1st rounders & two 3rd rounders to move from the 15 pick to the 1st pick. At least double haul for the Niners to be willing to let go of a player they really wanted to add to a young talented core of a team that already had their franchise QB on the roster after missing the entire 2018 season. Bosa’s great, but he is only a small part of the reason why they are 7-0. They already had a young talented roster.

Freak's baddies for Chargers yesterday: Dropped passes/Allen can't keep his feet. Penalties.
Need to clean those two things up.

Part of Daniel Popper’s day-after column in The Athletic: CHICAGO — It was happening again. The Chargers had found yet another agonizing way to lose a game. Bears kicker Eddy Piñeiro jogged onto the field for a 41-yard field goal. Chicago trailed by one point. There were four seconds left on the clock. Chargers players huddled together on the sideline and hoped. That was all they could do. Joey Bosa couldn’t even stand to look. The Chargers waited for the impending and inevitable heartbreak. Well, all the Chargers except for one: Keenan Allen. As the field-goal units took their spots, Allen decided to perform an experiment. Facing the south end zone at Soldier Field, in the same direction Piñeiro was about to kick, Allen picked up a loose piece of paper and threw it into the air. The wind picked it up and carried it left. Allen then told his teammates what was about to happen. Piñeiro was going to miss the kick to the left. The ball was snapped. There was no issue with the hold. Piñeiro connected with his right foot, and the ball soared ahead, end over end. It looked good. It started off between the uprights. Then, in an instant, it veered left, missing the post by inches. The Chargers had won 17-16 over the Bears, their first victory in almost a month. Players clad in their white jerseys and blue pants spilled onto the field, jumping, sprinting, waving their arms, yelling. It wasn’t just joy. It was pure unfiltered relief. In a season defined by close losses and late-game mistakes and balls not bouncing their way in crucial moments, the Chargers had caught a break on this Sunday. Finally. Allen described his moment of clairvoyance in the locker room after the game. What was going through his mind when the ball was in the air? “Who me? Far left, right off the foot!” Allen exclaimed. “What you mean?! I seen that! And I called it, too. I called it.” He turned to receiver Geremy Davis, who was sitting at his locker next to Allen “Huh, Germ?” Allen said. “You did,” Davis confirmed. “Far left,” Allen said, satisfied. Was he sure it was the wind that took the ball? “It might have. I don’t know,” Allen said, breaking character slightly.“Whatever took it, we’ll take it.” theathletic.com/1328481/2019/10/27/whatever-took-it-well-take-it-hard-luck-chargers-finally-catch-a-break-vs-bears/
