We win if we can run and stop the run. Essentially do what teams have done to KC, control the clock and keep Rodgers on the bench as long as possible. Oh cool! So all we have to do is excel at the two things we suck the most at? I like our chances. Go team! We started to suck at running upon MGIII's return and JJax's inury. With JJax returning & hopefully Justin Jones as well, hopefully there's an uptick.

Just not as historically bad as first time in the super bowl era not getting 40 yards in 4 consecutive games suckage.

Can not catch a break. hmm... maybe we can throw 20 screen passes to start the game

Here are our stats through8: vs Colts: 21 rushes for 125 yards and a 6.0 average vs Lions: 25 rushes for 137 yards and a 5.5 average vs Texans: 18 rushes for 73 yards and a 4.1 average vs Dolphins: 33 rushes for 79 yards and a 2.4 average vs Broncos: 16 rushes for 35 yards and a 2.2 average vs Steelers: 14 rushes for 32 yards and a 2.3 average vs Titans: 21 rushes for 39 yards and a 1.9 average vs Bears: 12 rushes for 36 yards and a 3.0 average

Truth is that the run game was quite effective over the first four games when utilized as the commitment to the run has been missing all year, but it has been much less effective upon MGIII’s return. Facts.

Did the oline change at all during that time ? Was the OC so bad that they fired him ?
Only come to me for real facts. Not biased ones.

How bout this, don’t fall behind by double digits. Giving up early scores has been a problem. There's a lot of talk about balanced O but playing from behind hobbles the run game. We need the stinkin' D to light them up. Slow starts are killing us. Player of the week should carve his initials on Rogers early & often.

Same OC as the last four games, and with the exception of the one breakout runa against the Bears, MGIII has looked like the timid and hesitant runner he was during the first half of the 2017 season. Screw hesitating: one cut, and start heading upfield, some more diversity in the run game (they still have a mobile line even with Pouncey out), and make a commitment to the run game. What do they have to lose. 🤷♂️

He has no initial, and damn well no secondary, holes to run through. They HAVE to open up holes. The Packers defense has fallen into their old ways and are giving up yards now. Scare em with a pass, start mixing in the run. Balanced attack, it starts with holes.

MGIII played in Wisconsin----motivation ?
Green Bay threw Casey Hayward to the curb. I expect his tip top game.

Vision, cut, and power to finish. He said he'd never miss training camp again. It affected him. That's on the coaches for putting him back in as the starter too soon.
Let's see if he's legit back on track.
No question that the running game dived when he came back. We also didn't have JJ for Miami.

I forgot that JJ had missed the Miami game. They need to get him in the mix as well as he looked very good the first three weeks.
