Missed the game while driving to San Diego. I’m moving back after 40 years. Barely got anything on the radio...I see we lost. Was it terrible? And how did Rivers look/play, was he better than the last two losses? Gordon? Didn’t see any stats from Bosa, what about DJ?

I had a bunch of stuff posted but none of it made sense... I'll just say this team sucks and has no reason too. As good as anything. If they had reason to suck we’d all feel differently about their sucking. But they don’t. Spot on. Never in a million years would we have thought THIS is how this season would play out. Super bowl? There was reason to speculate Home Field throughout? Possible Playoffs? For sure THIS?  No way in hell... I have no words... Same old conversation: “On paper we look unstoppable...”. This team hasn’t clicked like past teams have. IMO, offensively it started with the holdout (my opinion), no attention AT ALL was made to the offensive line or Okung. Letting T. Williams go was a mistake. Maybe PR is at his end, but HH and Slayer have dropped their fair share of passes which is just as uncharacteristic as Rivers’ play. DEFENSIVELY, no attention made to the middle of the defense other than adding a senior citizen LB and losing DJ really hurt. I don’t know, even with all that we should be better than we are. I hate rooting for draft positions, hate it. I hope the Bolts don’t play that way. As much as it wouldn’t matter, I hope they find a spark, just finish strong and who knows, it carries into next year... |

I'd say that was a heck of a play by the DT, you never see that but perhaps once every 100 games, great play by them bad luck per the norm for us. Rivers throws that 100 more times 99 times it isn't picked in my opinion.

It's a wonder this team won any games with all that is going on. LA doesn't want them, Gordon holds out, Rivers showing his age, Fired O/C, playing on a high school field, only opposing fans go to the games, massive injuries every year.
This team needs to be sold to another owner. Let's face it, even when they are good they are bad. They lose in the most ridiculous ways, they struggle against inferior teams, they have yet to win a Superbowl.
