This doesn't help our draft position... didn't hurt it either. Dolphins, jags, bengals were all picking before us anyway. the jets I'm not sure of. So really one position 4 to 5 or 5 to 6, is meaningless imo. Besides we have 3 tough games coming so plan on 3 more losses

Besides we have 3 tough games coming so plan on 3 more losses Only we could have 3 straight losses coming up, and it actually BE A GOOD THING. What have they done to us ? I would be surprised if they lose all three, but who knows... I picked them to lose yesterday and they played solid.

This doesn't help our draft position... good coaching and good scouting far outweigh draft position every single time. Give me a group of guys who never give up over guys who quit. You ever notice the same usual suspects are picking top 10 year after year. The culture of those teams is that its OK to quit when the going gets tough. Why is it that the winning teams never seem to lack finding impact players at the end of the rounds? |

They pick like top 3 for 10 years in a row. They still suck

When he is not getting talent, he trades back, gets extra picks and makes them talent !!!
The difference: Teams CLAMOR for that late first round pick. They get a team 5th year option out of it. Belichick never cared about that. You weren't going to be around long enough to see your big contract in NE. So he would take the picks.
