This doesn't help our draft position... good coaching and good scouting far outweigh draft position every single time. Give me a group of guys who never give up over guys who quit. You ever notice the same usual suspects are picking top 10 year after year. The culture of those teams is that its OK to quit when the going gets tough. Why is it that the winning teams never seem to lack finding impact players at the end of the rounds? This is it yes!!! Wholeheartedly agree... With the exception of the Patriots dynasty look at the teams that have won the Superbowl. It is teams with a HISTORY of winning... The ONLY thing THIS team can hope for is to draft the right players and hire the right coaches. Bad news... we CAN NEVER do that. TT is all over the place when it comes to the first round... I think we need the early picks because TT does well when these players fall in his lap, like James and Bosa. When TT doesn't have to think he does well.

Perhaps, but I stick by it. This team will never win keeping the status quo. When has there ever been 'status quo' from one season to the next......
