Lamp gets suspended as you say, the club will walk from him instantly. Roster spot ?......let's see what transpires in FA and Draft. If TT is heavy in OL, my guess would be they know Lamp is done.... .on the other hand, no OL.....they must have plenty of faith in Lamp becoming what they had hoped for. That would be a horrible idea regardless of Lamp. Because even if Lamp does play well, there's still the issue of the other guard position as well as depth. And maybe Schofield and Feeney will be fine as depth but I wouldn't risk it. Competition can only help this team. To be fair, I was only presenting things that might occur that would give us some insight to the club's thinking. Personally, I think TT needs OG's, ROT's.....via Draft/FA/Trade or UDFA camp invite. It should be noted that it's been about THREE WEEKS since I posted this thread, and even though a few people are calling Lamp a bust, NOBODY voted for him as a bust. The results are in: 19-0, Lamp is not a bust. I started this thread to prove a point: Let's at least see how Lamp does with a full TC and preseason. Let's see if he's a starter in the regular season, THEN we will have more of an idea. Mr. Lamp, you have at least 19 fans rooting for you!!! Get 'er done!

Why would you wait to fix any of the OL issues.....OG, ROT currently, but on the horizon are LOT and OC. When Lamp cannot beat out Schofield, it will mean TT hasn't improved the talent that will be playing.
