Using your 'brilliant forecasting' abilities, please tell me which player TT signs on the first day of FA ? This post was not addressed to me and my forecasting is much less than brilliant, but here goes: TT will sign Conklin or Peters. There is zero chance he will leave both OT starting positions to Tevi, Pipkins, or the draft. TT will sign a tackle in FA and the best ones will come off the board quickly. For pick six in the draft, TT will go for either Okudah, Simmons, or Brown. TT/AL are trying to pair a killer defense with a ball control no turnover offense. Think of 2012 Ravens. this is as good as any. All guesses are good right now. Just too many unknowns right now to KNOW a plan of action. Tag season is near.

It is especially difficult this year to throw together a mock draft... I am torn between diametrically opposed draft strategies. --Should we fix the Oline early, throw in some D, then pan for gold late with specialized tools ? (after all, these OTs don't grow on palm trees, and have we lots of productivity now.) Nah. Maybe we can say fuggitboutit, just draft Simmons. Nope. We need advanced tactical weapons. They must run like the wind and get wide open for Tyrod. Mid/late, we can get Campen special developmental Olinemen (they will be there.) Throw in a Corner, LB, and a fat one. OK. Enough philosophy of football. Draft nerdism is not a virus--it is a disease. Mock I must...stay tuned...details coming March 19 or thereabouts...

The starting QB of your favorite club......also the main component holding the steering of noted club together.

No. I am saying its the off season. At this point there is no starter. Nor can you say there is anyone (player) steering the ship at this point other than TT/ spanos / et al. I think your statement is hyperbole at this point. I think it presumptive at this point. Though granted Taylor is the "presumptive" starter. saying otherwise it hyperbole to me

" My comment about 'steering the ship' was a play off of that question, as in tie rod....... You are correct, nobody is playing so clearly nobody is starting. If there was a game in a week though, Taylor would be the starter ?

Go back to the original question from Freak....."What's a Tyrod ? " You guys are over my head. "nevermind!" A Tie rod is the name of the linkage that connects the Steering Rack & Pinion to the Steering Knuckle
