SB win would be sweet......my preference for the MVP would be James. Tyrod Taylor Bolts cut Taylor, Colts pick him up, Rivers gets hurt, Taylor starts SB for the Colts' win.....earning MVP. Is that the path you are seeing?

How about..PR throws 30 ints, Brady actually gets hit and the other team not penalized, Taylor and Herbert play at the same time and we get to see the old HB pass for TD to win the SB and KA gets MVP.

SB is a team sport there and win it is an award. However, but MVP is a person award.

A mix of several threads with the RB crew! Joe, you know a lot about players contracts. I wanted to show everyone an athlete who is the BOSS of players contracts. Bobby Bonilla: But one team is paying him $1.2 million a year until 2035. (CNN) Happy Bobby Bonilla Day! ... In fact, he'll get paid $1,193,248.20 a year every year until 2035, when Bonilla is 72 entire years old. At that point, the final sum will be $29.8 million paid for a sport Bonilla will not have played professionally for 34 years. The Mets owed Bonilla $5.9 million when they released him after the 1999 season, and agreed to defer the payments through 2035 AND A second deferred-contract plan with the Mets and Orioles pays him $500,000 a year for 25 years. Bobby Bonilla, we salute you as the Boss player of contracts. Well done, sir.

That would free up a lot of CAP space wouldn't it? You could sign someone who would normally make 10 mill, but only have a 5 mill contract. The other 5 promised as a retirement fund like a 401k.

Oh it gets better. The Mets deferred the 5.9 million dollars owed because they invested it in a sure fire money- making investment: They invested it with Bernie Madoff.

The Mets we’re trying to keep up with the Jones’ (Yankees) with that signing while their revenues were a fraction of the Jones’ due to the MLB franchise-specific revenue stream structures. Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦, and Happy Bobby Bonilla Day!! 🍺 PS The investment with Madoff is icing on the cake!!
