If the people they want to talk to on are on the west coast, they darn well better wait. People need to wake up yet Would you not be able to wake up real fast if the person calling wanted to pay you 20 mil a year? This stuff is handled by agents......players are snoozing until it gets serious. For the record. I'm not

A bit off the thread, but any word on Rivers getting interest? Seems like plenty of FA action, but very quiet on Rivers, and even Brady.

I heard on NFL Network earlier today that Indy was negotiating with Rivers but hadn't agreed on the money- they want him but at less than he wants. As for Brady, it seems his interest has been exaggerated this offseason. How must it feel to be considered the GOAT quarterback, but only about three teams have any interest- and that's counting the lukewarm interest from New England.

The answer is the same for both statements. Tom wants paid. After years of taking less money to help the team, do you blame him ? same for Rivers.

He is awful and always hurt. I'm not picking on your post. He's just awful and always hurt. I want nothing to do with him. I'll really prove my point: I would actually go with Taylor over him. I never said that I was an advocate of this move. Unlike like you, I used rational thinking and past history to predict future decisions Taylor’s career QB rating is 89.8. Mariota’s is 89.6. Teddy Bridgewater’s is 88.3. So maybe quit making stuff up. You also know what Mariota has that the other two don’t? A Heisman. Second overall pick in the draft. Much easier to market compared to journeyman Tyrod Taylor. Much easier on the pocketbook than Bridgewater. Optics matter big time in this situation. Since I destroyed Mariota for the Chargers, he signed with the raiders.

You'll feel better for him when the Chargers lay out about 60 million dollars in guaranteed money for him.

I have this strange feeling it will be Brady... Likely OT at #6 Let me help you with WHY you feel this way. NOBODY ON EARTH can tell you WHY you feel this way. But I can. Oh yes, only an Emperor can deliver THOSE goods to the masses: We have too many holes to fill on this roster. They are important holes too. Pulling the big trigger at QB free agency goes a LONG way into solving the equation. Long way. If they do, you absolutely pull the trigger on an OT at #6. No talky talk. No Simmons bullshit. None. Zero. Zelch. Nada. REACT TO PURE GENIUS AT WORK HERE VILLAGERS ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

What weighs more... Playing in LA and paying taxes or Playing in Tampa Bay with no taxes. As long as the money is right we have a leg up with his production company side hustle.

Use Brady as a recruitment tool for more free agents till we break the bank. SOFI will be ours!!!
