I never said that I was an advocate of this move. Unlike like you, I used rational thinking and past history to predict future decisions Taylor’s career QB rating is 89.8. Mariota’s is 89.6. Teddy Bridgewater’s is 88.3. So maybe quit making stuff up. You also know what Mariota has that the other two don’t? A Heisman. Second overall pick in the draft. Much easier to market compared to journeyman Tyrod Taylor. Much easier on the pocketbook than Bridgewater. Optics matter big time in this situation. Since I destroyed Mariota for the Chargers, he signed with the raiders. Mariota signed with the Raiders because Brady is signing with the Chargers. Sad but gonna happen.

I have this strange feeling it will be Brady... Likely OT at #6 Let me help you with WHY you feel this way. NOBODY ON EARTH can tell you WHY you feel this way. But I can. Oh yes, only an Emperor can deliver THOSE goods to the masses: We have too many holes to fill on this roster. They are important holes too. Pulling the big trigger at QB free agency goes a LONG way into solving the equation. Long way. If they do, you absolutely pull the trigger on an OT at #6. No talky talk. No Simmons bullshit. None.
