With uncertainty regarding if/how the 2020 in-person seating will be handled at SoFi, the Chargers are offering a "Charge Forward" Season Ticket Rollover Program where in lieu of asking for a refund, the money paid for 2020 season tickets will be applied to the 2021 season with ticket prices locked in. I ended up enrolling in this option, so my last payment plan installment for 2020 tickets will be delayed until 2021.

Currently there have been no final decisions made affecting the seating map for a reduced capacity scenario, and we will be in communication with our Members as those decisions have been made.
Do I need to pay for single game seats for this year if I choose to Charge Forward?

How many people will be allowed to attend each home game this year?
Capacity will be determined by governmental regulation and we will communicate any updates to members as the information becomes available.

Can I move my seats for 2020 if other people choose to Charge Forward?
No. We will not be relocating any season tickets based on Charge Forward choices. Our capacity will be determined by governmental regulation and we will fulfill seats as close as possible to existing SSL locations.
Will members have access to all 2020 home games?
The availability of inventory will depend upon governmental regulation. By rolling over payments to the 2021 season, members will be given priority access to buy tickets for games where we can host fans. Due to potential limitations on the number of tickets available for each game, we cannot guarantee that any members (even those rolling over payments) will be able to buy tickets for any home game.
Will all members have access to playoff games?
It is unknown at this early juncture, but we will communicate regarding playoff games when the season is underway. Accounts that choose to roll over their payments to 2021 will receive priority access to purchase.
Will I lose my account seniority or seats if I do not participate in the 2020 season?
Accounts will maintain their account seniority and current seat location as long as they are up to date with their SSL agreement. There will be no negative impact to members if they choose to Charge Forward to 2021. In fact, it sets season ticket members up for the most flexibility and benefits.
If I select to credit my payments to 2021 and later decide I do not want to come to games, can I still get a refund?
