Well, we can cross off preseason games (and practices against other teams).
Now the question is whether training camp dates will be altered. 🤷‍♂️

I would say there is a good chance KC repeats, given the added element of their continuity. #woodeyeunmasked

Repeats as the AFC West champs prob... Superbowl repeat? nahhh... Do we see more injuries this year? Do we see a lower quality of play? No preseason games at all is kinda crazy.

Looks like there will only be ten practices with players in full pads......can that be enough? I understand the NFLPA fighting for less scheduled contact for the players, but really believe it is a disservice to them, as injuries will increase in my view.

Excited to see Derwin James this year. He has the instincts of Troy P and Ed Reed. Its time to unleash his ass on the NFL. Don't come at me with vocal leadership crap either. Let other players mouth lead. We have enough vets on defense. Let his talent lead. He needs a green light to line up and move pre-snap anywhere he wants. That kind of nose for the play is so super rare, and he has it.
Bradley needs to find our Ryan Clark. A free safety that takes the Derwin James physical cue on the field and lines up the other side covering insurance. Adderley can learn this, I think Jenkins is ready now. Try King if you have to.
We have a rare opportunity to enjoy our young Safety wreck living hell on the league. I want him in their head, trying to account for him, and scared to death to come at him.

NFL players are relatively low risk for covid-19 and have the best prevention, medical assistance that money can buy. Speaking of money....they'll play. The US Gov ain't kicking down a tiny fraction of the cash it would take to begin to cover the NFL's losses.

With cases rising and bigger fish to fry societally, I’m still thinking the season will be cancelled—or have a giant asterisk. Both suck, but the asterisk is worse. Better to call it and come back whole.* (* Here’s my asterisk to the asterisk: As you often rightly point out, the game is a major business—and it will all come down to money.)

We signed our first rookie !!!!!
The Chargers have agreed to terms with their sixth-round pick Alohi Gilman, per his agent Kenny Zuckerman.
Gilman is the first of the team’s six selections to get his rookie contract complete.
Gilman, a two-year starter at Notre Dame, had 168 tackles, six tackles for loss, a sack, four forced fumbles and three interceptions.
Gilman should be a special teamer right off the bat, but he has the opportunity to earn the spot as the dime linebacker. If he earns the job, he could become a solid contributor.

Man, I don't know if I have been in a time warp or what. Obviously i haven't been keeping track of this unusual NFL offseason as I normally do, but I don't know how i missed the fact that 75% of draftees league-wide had not been signed as of a month ago, and that none of the Chargers picks had been signed before Gilman. The good news is that all of the draft picks have all reported to the Chargers facility this week, so the signings should come quickly over the next few days.

And across the league. they are all heading into camp so now is the time. I sort of figured many of the signings were done, we just didn't hear about them due to all the other senseless noise.
