I think I would be advising no changes at the moment, while quietly figuring out my new HC. Season end (and by that I mean the day the Bolts' season is completed), release the entire staff, get fresh air into the system. the problem with that is JH may win games despite the coaching will put us in a crappy draft position. That or JH get's hurt. They won't make, or not make, any HC change based off of possibly influencing draft position. I see the temptation when there is a game left, but with nine games, far too much season. Injuries are an unfortunate part of the business. Let us pray the Bolts see no more!

Coaching changes during the year typically happen on the bye week. It gives you two weeks to transition. The league moved our bye back, so now we are really between the rock. and yes. You are welcome for my knowledge sharing.

It doesn't do the team any good to stay the course.

I suppose if the clamoring from fans becomes too great, they could fire Lynn and roll with either OC or DC on an interim basis. Maybe alternate between the two, giving each an opportunity to show their HC'ing abilities. For me, it would be fire the entire staff at season conclusion, with replacement already known.

Firing the entire staff is throwing the baby out with the bath water. I think there is general agreement that Campen is making the best of backup O-linesmen and Pep has a good relationship with Herbert. It sounds crazy, but I would promote Steichen as interim coach after firing Lynn. Then hire a permanent coach at end of season. What will TT do? Probably wait and fire Lynn on Monday after regular season ends.

Fire Lynn & Stewart today. Make Steichen interim HC. Make Steichen or whoever the new HC ASAP after the last game and let him choose his asst's.

I would not make any changes at this point. If things really go bad in the room, then you need to act, but Lynn is still respected by the players. There is not any coach on this staff that I would want as a HC, interim or other.
