In honor of Hair Bear getting his hair cut for the first time in over two years (and allowing the strength coach John Lott to do the honors) in order to flip the mojo, I'm going all in as the Chargers flip the switch tomorrow: Per Totally Bolted's request, I am posting the photo of me as an 11 year old me participating as a page in the Aksarben (Nebraska spelled backwards) Foundation's coronation for that year's King of the largest charity in the state. A positive was that I did get to meet Bob Gibson since his daughter was also a page. Since this is ransom material, nobody can accuse me of not going all out for a Chargers victory. Go Chargers, Go!! share.icloud.com/photos/0Fgh_Es2xHeO2oHLlXLC1mUwA

I hope that the Chargers players prevail over their coaches, which would have the benefit of beating the Jets. But if they can’t, I hope it leads to a better coaching staff and draft pick next year.

I hope Herbert has a great game... Continue to develop and gain confidence. Hopefully this Chargers era nightmare is over soon.

How sad is it that we aren't even confident our team- playing at home!- can beat the lowly Jets this year? I think we'll win, but it'll be closer than it should be. And by beating the Jets we'll actually be hurting ourselves since our season now is just looking for the rewards of a higher draft pick and a new coach.

In honor of the mojo being flipped, let’s take a look back at the biggest news of the week that set Twitter on fire: Justin Herbert’s haircut.

The Bolts have the more talent, yet seem to be quite adept at losing, but I do not see losing today. Coaches and players play to win, always. This time of year, let the front office dream about draft position.

Even better, it's actually a 6" cutout figure on a stand that was given to my parents after the ceremony. It stands among the photos that my Mom has arranged of the family (7 kids in 9 years with me being the oldest). I snapped a photo of it when I went over to my Mom's house last night.
