My people in the Burgh want Juju out of there #CoreyDavis Yep give me Corey Davis... If they want to spend money on JuJu then so be it, I'd approve the gamble, it shows we can get a big name. But I'd rather have Davis...

Current offensive line under contract: LT: Trey Pipkins LG: Nate Gilliam/Ryan Hunter C: Scott Quessenberry RG: Trai Turner RT: Bryan Bulaga Depth: Storm Norton Wonder what it costs to walk from Turner or Bulaga. I imagine the entire lot of them come to TC. They would only save like 2-3m by cutting baluga, at this point they’re better off keeping him and hoping he has one of his rare non injury seasons. Thing is, he’s clearly not the player he used to be so even when he was healthy he was getting beat a lot. At this point if we get a bunch of rookies he might be asked to become a mentor for those guys.

ROT looks like the weak spot. Bulaga gets hurt, Feiler to ROT is the plan? I do not like disrupting the OL like that. TT needs to consider drafting/UDFA an OT that is primarily a ROT. Unless Norton or St Louis can play ROT reasonable well ?? Quess is the reserve OC, and Gilliam/Hunter battle it out for that 9th OL spot along with any and all other OL.

I prefer this LT darrisaw LG aboushi C linsey RG banks or dickerson RT feiler feiler was brought in as insurance for baluga, feiler’s best grades as an offensive lineman for the steelers came when he was playing RT for them, he’s a better RT than he is a guard. There are some stud interior linemen that could be available from rounds 2-4 that could be day one starters in this draft, dickerson will be gone by round 3 but banks might be there in the 3rd, then a guy like jaimes in the 4rth my dream scenario for the chargers to fix Oline this offseason is this; LT orlando brown acquire for future draft picks LG AVT draft with #13 C linsey RG aboushi RT feiler this way the last 8 picks for 2021 can all go to defense maybe another IOL or OT in the 6 round but otherwise defense, defense, defense...

This is a good - great WR draft, I think we have to take one at some point. Team talent is important. RB is a definite maybe of the right player is available early.
It's a fact that D/STs killed us last year and at least 1 ea CB, S is a must draft. That said, after LOT at 13, 8 BPAs can include the DB PONs. Brown would be great if he worked out, horrible if health or attitude were not perfect. It would be an enormous investment risk. I'd rather trade up for Sewell, Slater or take BPA LOT at 13. Avoid the huge contract. We've been burnt repeatedly by FA OLs and already have a big FA OL investment at risk.

His cap hit is much lower if he gets cut or traded after june 1st, unless he finds the fountain of youth I just don’t think he’s going to be on the team or be much of a factor, most likely we’ll just have a replay of last season where he comes in for a handful of plays and then misses two games and then repeat of that all season long. He’s already been paid most of his money so no need to double down on a bad FA signing and have him waste a valuable roster spot. I too hope he somehow has a bounce back comeback player of the year type season but I’m not going to hold my breath, he won’t make it to the 53 man roster if the chargers take care of offensive line via draft and trading for brown.

A guy like brown is a risk? How? He’s young, he’s been healthy, and he’s proven. If brown is a risk then by that definition no one in the league is not a risk. It’s unheard of for a guy like brown to be available and it’s only because of the ravens LT situation being resolved that he is even on the market. BTW, he’s not a FA, the chargers would be trading for him

I think we all agree with the bolded. I am pretty sure Bulaga's 2020 & 2021 salary & bonus is fully guaranteed. So its money out the window regardless of cap hit.
