Non American, or non American born? I’m not aware of any owners who are not American, but Jacksonville owner Shahid Khan was born in Pakistan and immigrated as an engineering student at University of Illinois. So if Geoff Molson purchased an NFL club, he would not be the first non American, correct?

I think the reference in the 2024 letter only refered to the selling of her percentage (of the 36% shared by siblings). It sounds like the other siblings don't want to sell their share (only Dea). The problem is... they can't come up with the money to buy her out. I think... They’ll have the money to buy her out after leveraging the value of the asset with another loan if forced to do it before 2024, but I’m guessing / predicting that the debt level will become such a burden that it will make sense for them to cash in their chips come 2024/2025. The selling price will be be too much of a temptation for the family to keep going with the debt plan. We shall see. 🤷♂️ Yes, that's the way I understood their predicament. The funny thing is, I don't believe the overall value of the club has surpassed the relocation fee + all other moving costs. We'll see if that changes in the next several years. I thought his biggest hope was to rake in luxury box sales (which are not shared revenue). We'll see how that pans out, too. To date, it doesn't seem that the move has gone as planned. Do you think we see partially filled stands this year...?

Do you think we see partially filled stands this year...? When it goes up for sale, my prediction is that the price they get will be mind-boggling. There will be competition to buy a rare asset located in a premier market with a sweetheart stadium deal in the world’s #1 stadium. Yeah, at some point I’d expect the buyer build their own palace, but there will be no rush to get it done. After all, who foresaw the lowly Clippers who made the Chargers look like a dynasty in comparison selling for $2 billion seven years ago? It may suck to most of us, but the Spanos family is going to make out like bandits in the end, just like the even worse owner / human being Sterling made out when he was forced to sell in 2014. The bright side is that there will be a new owner in a few years which is exactly what the Clippers needed seven years ago, and it is almost certain that the Chargers will have a better roster going into the change.

As is South Korean born Bills owner Kim Pegula. Is Google banned in Canada? What is Google? And the goalie deflects another brilliant shot!
