Ugh... Not bad but not great either... Would really have preferred RB2 or RT there.

JT Woods scouting profile By Lance Zierlein NFL Analyst Draft Projection Round 4 Overview Long-levered safety with excellent top-end speed and the potential to become a rangy playmaker if he can learn to play with better overall discipline. Woods has too many busted assignments to be trusted in single-high alignments at this time, but offers teams the coverage versatility to be deployed in a variety of spots. If he can play with better decisiveness, he has the length, burst and striking power to impact catch tries and take the ball away. Woods' tools are likely to make him a Day 2 pick, but he'll need to prove that his run support and tackle finishing are on a functional level for the pro game. Strengths Former track star with sprinter's speed. Has experience playing in all safety alignments at Baylor. Sticky hands grabbed nine interceptions in last two seasons. Speed and length do their job in recovery mode. Transitions fluidly from his backpedal. Charges hard to close out crossing routes in his face. Bounces from route to route to make a play. Searches for punishing blows on pass-catchers. Burst to swoop down and find tackle tries near the line. Weaknesses Loses track of deep-ball duties. Too much freestyle in his coverage and movements. Can be a step behind to challenge throws due to indecisiveness. Below average as a tackle finisher. Hurried angles create small margin for tackle error.
To me I don't quite understand the pick. Poor against the run , will need a lot of coaching up
Guess Staley & Co see something they can project

I'm really concerned about our run game... Eke needs help and late round scrubs have not impressed. TT better do something in the 4th...

Quit pussyfooting around and at least pick a position. sheesh I think there’s more chance of a good RB and OL in Round 3 than CB and Edge. I see everything except RB2 as a likely development/depth/ST piece from here on out. Thanks. Nobody on the forum had Safety.

After going OL with our 1st I am leaning towards adding to our D Kerby Joseph S illinois or Channing Tindell ILB Georgia Wait. You did say safety. Good position call in the third round.

Kenny Walker and Breece Hall are gone... Hopefully Isaiah Spiller falls to us. Me sad.

I'm really concerned about our run game... Eke needs help and late round scrubs have not impressed. TT better do something in the 4th... It’s beyond me. Ekeler goes down and we are cooked not having any run threat nor production. The Telesco jock riders on here will never admit that, but that’s the reality. You get in the playoffs in that scenario and you just cut our odds drastically, and don’t bother riding the front office arguing it either.

Everyone will just sing the praises of Justin Jackson who is semi-productive when he can stay on the field... But he can NEVER stay on the field! Going to assume there is a plan, but Safety really perplexes me.

React while I scare you with deep thinking !!!!!!
