For them to pull up a bunch of U-haul trucks and secretly in the middle of the night move the team out of LA to Canada and join the CFL. There they might just have a chance.. Although those Saskatchewan Roughriders are tough..

What changes do you want to see over the bye week ? That the boltz new #1 receiver, DeAndre Carter, stop doing returns.

Fire Lombardi and promote the QB coach... Some type of example needs to be made. We technically still have a winning record but this team is not playing good football. Staley says he has to coach better, but its just lip service unless something actually changes.

IMHO Staley is just not a very good coach, his reliance on analytics shows that. He tries to get by with charisma, motivation, and being a "players" coach. In reality he is none of those things and just plain mediocre. He is 100% in over his head and will continue to be exposed as the year goes on... Bank on it.

I have not been able to watch the last two games, I had Hockey obligations, but read some articles afterwards. It seems to me the issue, or issues are threefold. Leadership, Creativity, and Injuries. Staley's leadership is too soft. Staley should never have kept Hill as DC. Lombardi and Hill should be fired, yesterday, as their creativity is poor. The injury issue is real, and is a significant aspect, regardless of anyone's willingness to acknowledge it.

Bring Fangio in to coach the defense. The student obviously didn’t absorb the lessons.
Time to bag up people. We are in dire straights

And the defense has severely underperformed against expectations. If you wanna blame Hill fine but it’s Staley calling the defense. He basically made himself unfireable by hiring such poor coordinators. Maybe promote the ST guy

I think the injuries on offense exposed Lombardi's lack of skill and creativity at the position like frozen said. There have been injuries yes but Lindsley is back and Salyer has filled in well for Slater, you can use Herbert's injury but again the playcalling is not utilizing his strengths regardless. I think losing Allen has been bigger than Herbert's ribs, but again Lombardi has failed with his adjustments and planning.
Can't use the injury excuse on defense at all IMHO... We spent too much money on FA's for that.

That noted, the defence is garbage, and if it is Staley making the calls, then fire them both. I say that because the failure on the defence side is firmly placed on the coaching, scheme, play calling. On offence it is a combination of injuries, and poor scheme/play calling, so a 50/50 split.....Lombardi being 50% of the problem should earn him the door. Spanos won't do squat......
