The changing of the guard in the NBA has happened. Durant, Steph, LeBron are done and SGA, Ant and the Villanova 3 are coming. Anyone but the Celtics for me as well The NBA needs more stars. The thing is, many of the stars are not the most marketable individuals either because of where they play or where they are from. English is a second language for many of the top players in the League. Then for the fluent English speakers: Anthony Edwards Plays for Minnesota. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander plays for the OKC Thunder. The casual follower may not even know who Tyrese Halliburton is yet, and playing for Indiana won’t help his cause. Jayson Tatum plays for Boston, but is the quiet type. Devin Booker gets overshadowed by having Durant as a Teammate, and with Bradley Beal there now too, he’s gotta fight even more for the internal spotlight. Then some of the future stars like Cade Cunningham and Lamelo Ball haven’t really been nationally recognized, because they are stuck on bad Teams that can’t seem to get out of their holes.

My son asked me about the Denver game yesterday. Denver was getting 3.5 points. I said "If they are going to keep giving the reigning champions points, I would keep taking them." He pounded Denver +3.5 points. I told him you are welcome. He told me he placed the bet not me. It's getting rough in the handicapper world. WOW. I’m dumbfounded that the day has arrived, where someone challenged something you felt you were due credit for. Does anyone happen to know the ambient temperature in Hell right now ?
