Yep either WR or TE, I like the QJ pick but we should have went TE in the second. I get why we went defense, but that Bosa/Mack replacement could have come next year.hmmmmmm.....I'll take the needed extra year of experience. Yeah. Tuli is shaping up to be a quality player and only 20 years old. Great value pick who can contribute now. TE is a low value pick. Not every TE is Kittle or Kelce. (We should have grabbed a cheap blocking vet like Swain but whatever.) I’m much more concerned about OL depth and continuity. |

hmmmmmm.....I'll take the needed extra year of experience. Historically good edge rushers adapt faster than many offensive positions, esp TE. I get it though, I assume they hope 3 good WR's can take some of those TE dump offs and Parham can be the red zone threat... We'll see. Parham seems to have had a difficult camp......I wonder what the staff is thinking for him moving forward.

personally, I think RB is our weakness. Eckler is it. I was not impressed with any of the run game vs the saints.

Dotson had a few drops. The one on the last drive looked like he may have taken his eyes off it imo trying to make something happen. He can run up the middle, no end around sweeps against saints this time. I believe he makes the 53 man roster #4 back. You put him on wavers he'll get snatched up. Don't want anyone in the western AFC division getting him.. They're the enemy.

The first 2 times SF had the ball they marched down the field effortlessly and without resistance. A goal line fumble prevented it from being 2 easy TD drives. |

Our 2s-3s kept up with their 1s on the scoreboard. Yeah we got some breaks, but that's a legit NFC contender.
Our backup QBs are going to be RPO situations only. And if we have to, use them that way. They aren't bad at that.
This PS inspired more confidence than the last I don't know how many.

Our 2s-3s kept up with their 1s on the scoreboard. Yeah we got some breaks, but that's a legit NFC contender. Our backup QBs are going to be RPO situations only. And if we have to, use them that way. They aren't bad at that. This PS inspired more confidence than the last I don't know how many. Bring on Miami and our actual team. Agree about PS. If we learned anything it’s that we have some good depth/rotational players and our run game will likely be much improved. All of our drafted players looked NFL ready. I’d be comfortable with QJ, Tuli, Henley, Davis seeing time in the games that matter. I think Davis is a bit of surprise as a WR. He catches well and obviously has the speed we crave. Hopefully we. An keep our frontline guys fresh all season. Now they count. Bolt up |

Then I give TT credit. I'm still concerned about the run depth, but we'll see. Kelly's speed was nice to see, once he broke free. Spiller to me is still a ?. Smart is the other good find. We need a TE, and he seems to have the hands and blocks well.
