So all the off season stuff is done....real bullets fly now.
What should we expect?
I think the OL is going to be road graders, and as such the running game will see success. If this occurs, then Herbert is going to be deadly, if the WR's catch the ball.
When looking at the Charger defence, it all starts in the middle. If the DL can stop the run, and LB's play well, then Mack and Bosa should be trouble.
ST's, the new kick off rules, should make for interesting kick offs.
My concerns, until proven fixed, will be halftime adjustments.

Opening Day, division game. At home = a must win. The raiders will be amped. It could very well be the halftime adjustments that take the spirit out of the team and the fans. I expect the run game to be 60-70% of the plays in the first half. Especially, if it has any success. That will wear the turds. But if it results in too many 3rd and longs...the raiders are going to be able to pin their ears back. That could favor them IMO.

Getting a lead, then taking the foot off after half is Charger'ing.....please score eighty!

I expect the turds to test out the Chargers new secondary and fail, then switch to the run and struggle there as well. The bolts should win with the points scored in the first halve and their run game should close it out. 20-10 Bolts win.

If the Oline can contain Crosby and the Raiders defense we win easily. If they can't we still win but hope for no injuries on the O. Our new HC buzz will out perform their new'ish HC buzz. Bolt up!

Having much less understanding of the game than many others on here, I would think if what you are saying is true, then the defence is predicated on players being quite aggressive. Aggression can be good, and be quite bad, eh

I will be happy to see how Herbert can operate without being pressured from the right side of the line on passing downs. I expect the defense to be greatly improved but do worry about Bowers since we have had problems with talented TE's. I am trusting that a new scheme with correct that.

Aggression can be good, and be quite bad, eh D is always aggressive in the front, always playing to get the ball out or popped up. What I think is different in this D is having buddies playing with some patience looking for something to come out. Keeping every body involved 'till the whistle blows. We didn't always do that in the past.

What does vegas think of MY Harbaugh ? The Chargers are favored by 3.5 points and the total is only 40.5 ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
