So time to move on from the solid win against division rival Raiders, and look at the G2 Panthers.
Chargers go on their first road trip, and it is all the way across the country. Does that even matter?
Panthers got pounded in their opening game, and look to get their first win against the Chargers.
The Panthers have plenty to fix, while the Chargers have a few things....those penalties are one for certain.
What else.....what are we expecting this week?

I am expecting the Chargers to be 2-0 at the end of the game. I also expect to see deeper rotation into the depth chart as the game goes on.
Vidal to get some touches.
Fehoko and Rice get some targets.
Smartt and Tomlinson will get double digit snap counts.

After watching some of the Saints/Panthers tape. We should win this game running away. Under Staley this is a trap game, where we play down to our competition. Under Hardbaugh we should bully them into submission. I expect a shutout or close to it. Our passing game should see some action in this one.
500 plus total yards is a possibility. I do not see them getting very much traction against our defense.
A business trip. Go in, dominate, sleep on the plane home.

Time for all to settle into a nice solid rhythm..... get the win as they build for G3.

Need to improve on offense and keep it going on defense. Harbaugh says the improvement between week 1 and 2 can be the greatest improvement all season. Maybe because starters no longer play in the pre season. We have a lot to work on offensively and I'm curious to see that play out.
One thing to keep in mind is that Harbaugh has been in. College for the past 8-9 years. There's no such thing as trap games in college. You have to eat every week

The Panthers got embarrassed in their first game. These are professionals with pride. Their new coaching staff got humiliated. This team will be fired up and ready. They will compete. Harbaugh knows this and will have them ready.

The difference between winning and losing is not much. Be prepared and ready, take care of business, or you open the door to losing.
