"Tillery could go as high as the top 15 or slip to the end of the second round. Eye of the beholder on this one. A 6-7 force who ran a 4.9 40-yard dash and was ultra-productive in his final season in South Bend, Tillery had eight sacks and also blocked two kicks last season. He's shown big flashes and would be a great addition up front for Gus Bradley's D."
He has Wilkins going early at #13 to the Fins, and Lawrence at #26 to the Colts. He has Adderley and Mack Wilson both falling out of round 1...

Adderley Rapp Mack Wilson Risner Simmons

Mel Kiper agrees with you:
ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr.: OT Cody Ford – Oklahoma
What he says: “I thought about defensive tackle here, and Los Angeles could also target a corner. But in the 6-foot-4, 329-pound Ford, the Chargers could get a versatile offensive lineman who has started multiple games at both guard and tackle for the Sooners. He could step in at either position in L.A., Ford's strength is in the run game -- he's a mauler.”
Also SB Nation:
SBNation’s Dan Kadar: OT Cody Ford – Oklahoma
What he says: “This is a repeat from last week’s mock draft because the fit is perfect. Ford is a big-bodied right tackle who moves defenders around with ease, especially when he gets low run blocking. He can be a little upright at times, but to this point that hasn’t hurt him too much.”

I'm swooning over here.

If we were able to cop Ford in the first it would be almost impossible to screw up the rest of the draft.

The scariest thing about this thread?
Heck, the scariest thing about this entire offseason?
That somebody, somewhere, thought it worthwhile to elicit a mock draft from Peter Schrager.
<where's the emoji for shaking your head and face so hard and so fast that your jowl's move, the spittle flies, and you clear your head no matter how seemingly impossible>?

Is that the chubby know it all that sits with the other three "experts" on some show? The only good thing about that show is the lady who loves our Chargers.

The Schrager mock had Ford off the board already (@11). No one likes Greg Little...? Unlike Jawaan Taylor, Little has lots of experience @ LT.

If Ford is gone at 28 Im fine with Little as our new shiney toy for this rag tag O line.

I would take Ford, as pretty much everyone else has said as well. If both Ford and Wilkins were there, it would be a tough call for me, as both players would be awesome additions......I would probably go Ford....OL needs the help badly.

Well, at least it got a little discussion going, right?

Yep...Schrager looks a little like Joey Buttafuoco...and remember, last year around the time, I posted on mocks from MANY different draftniks...the good, the bad, and the ugly... Attachments:
