The idea is to get younger, smarter, faster and better. Not older, dumber, slower and worse. First, the idea is to win a SB not simply get younger/faster.
Second, I resent the idea that getting older makes a person dumber. Third, what about 35 yr. old LB's?
Older = Wiser certainly......but older cannot be a good thing in pro sports, generally speaking.

I seriously doubt that's what he meant. But to your point a really young team makes a lot of mistakes. I think the Browns were like that

I think TT is playing the long game with Tre Boston by releasing him last year, letting him hit FA and getting him back again now. I can see a 3 or 4 year deal with Tre Boston at a price that suits the Chargers. Boston is not the big name many were hoping for but he fills a need, provides solid production, has experience with the Chargers and may come at a decent price now that the rest of the Safeties are off the board. Would anyone be against a Tre Boston reunion for a Telesco friendly price? I hope there is at least an offer in his agent's hands by now.

Its close..............I would rather roll with Jenkins (and my jury is still out on Jenkins mind you) and draft a Safety.

Dunno about his skills at this point -- but he sure as heck liked it here, and fit in with all the guys. You could tell he was super popular watching them all interact at training camp sessions.

He's unhappy playing behind Hunt and Chubb, but he will be happy playing behind Gordon and Ekeler ?
Trade Freak Approved.

Cleveland 3rd string RB isn't taking over Danny Woodhead's replacement in the Chargers Organization. I always thought Johnson was overrated, including by people on this forum. Being CLEVELAND's third string proves that. Miami Bust. What.
