You nailed the call on Ab going to the pats. I was thinking no way. I can’t believe that surprises anyone. BB has been doing this all along. Corey Dillon, lagarrete blount, randy Moss, josh Gordon etc. You know why? Cuz all BB cares about is winning. AB may not work out but he’s gonna give him a try because the talent can’t be denied. Same with Gordon. And he’s not worried about next season. It’s one year at a time, one week at a time Corey Dillon, Randy Moss, Lagarrate Blount, and Randy Moss were all aloof standoffish players who had some issues, weren't nuts and played disciplined football on the field. Gordon is a guy with alcohol and the chronic issues and is reportedly not a bad dude who can also play Chad Ochocinco and Joey Galloway both had mental issues and did not last (Ochocinco didn't make it to the regular season). Watch for the total nutcase & freelancing AB in the Ochocinco / Galloway category.

So much for my ice cold take Now it’s Edelman, Gordon and Brown For now. I'm with Andrew Brandt with the under 5 games bet.

If AB has an on/off cray-cray switch, then I am definitely impressed!! 😜

It makes and made too much sense not to scoop him up. BB only cares about winning and proves it year after year with his actions. Make no mistake, if KC had cut Tyreek Hill, he'd be in NE. Acquiring game-changing talent trumps all else in NE.

I am more inline with Whitlock’s line of thinking.

I hope this signing is worse than the Albert Haynesworth signing and comes back to haunt Bill Bellicheat, Tom Shady and the Cheatriots. I hope AB is a huge cancer for the team worse than he was for the Raiders. I'd rather of played AB twice a year on the Raiders than once in the playoffs on the Pats, I'm afraid that he is finally happy and will ball out all year, hopefully the Pats line will be more horrible than ours.

AB hasn't played or practiced in awhile... I'm not expecting much honestly, I wouldn't even be surprised if he gets hurt like Dez did last year.

The whole thing feels orchestrated by Belichick and Brown.
The one thing Brown never did in Pitt, was win a SB..............

That would imply some serious tampering, which goes on some, but I don't think in this case. It also is being reported that AB's agent had is phone cooked by all the calls of interest. AB has issues, but he is super talented, as such teams do not hold back. Similar to Gordon's situation, but not......
