Sit two or three at a time. Sit the whole dang thing. Let Tyrod rip in those games (assuming he survives the first one). Basically each team will turn two of their non conference games into preseason week four... I just do not see any club having a cavalier approach to any game that counts.

Indeed. I can't wait to watch the 10 collective games where we're sitting one of our oline starters. Such a brilliant post. Even the emperor missed it. I must have. Can you pick any of the 18 games to sit starters ? Or are there designated games ? Cuz, pretty sure I can sit our starting 5 twice inside of 4 games, not 10.

I wouldn't be too focused on just the starters, as every player on the roster would need to be ineligible for 2 games in this dream. Can you imagine if the 'ineligible' list had to come out on a Monday morning, giving teams a week to prepare for the 'eligible' players, and the insult felt by the opposing team when it is realized Rivers is sitting this one out......or Brady, or whomever. Clear statement of 'we can beat these guys without our starting QB'......

I think a player missing a game is not going to be about much more than anything other than that players health. If they are healthy they play. Unless the NFLPU get a new agreement that mandates all players get two sundays off during the season, it will be random.
Of course if the players choosen are OL for the bolts, imagine the collective gasp!

NE would not do that, and you know it..... Imagine no Brady, no Rivers......it won't be long before that is a reality.
