Sunday 12/27/20 at the Steelers will be Rivers 239th consecutive start and he will now be 58 consecutive starts behind Brett Favre's all time record of 297. (Including the playoffs it will be Rivers 250th consecutive start which is also 2nd all time, and 71 behind Favre's total record of 321).
Rivers is also only 1 td behind Marino for 5th place all time.

The Colts and Rivers have a very good shot this year. Top 4 afc teams are the Chiefs, Bills, Titans and Colts.

Sunday 1/3/21 vs. the Jaguars will be Rivers 240th consecutive start (15 straight years x 16 games) and he will now be 57 consecutive starts behind Brett Favre's all time record of 297. (Including the playoffs it will be Rivers 251st consecutive start which is also 2nd all time, and 70 behind Favre's total record of 321).
Rivers is also tied with Marino for 5th place all time TD passes.
Need to win and then some help to make the playoffs at 11-5!!

Possible, but unlikely. PR mused that it could be which was picked up by the media, but as the conversation went on it didn’t sound like he was ready to hang them up, just that it could happen. This will bolster the Colts’ chances: no Fitzmagic that can ride in for the rescue in Buffalo.

I think the Colts get into the playoffs and they will be a dangerous team if they do. Solid defense and balanced offense that can travel. Let’s go PR!!!

I'd replace Tennessee with Pitt... Pitt lost focus a few games but they are better than Tennessee imo.

Here's a great article on TV networks coveting Rivers as an NFL commentator/broadcaster. To which I say, "Brilliant!" I think Philip would be GREAT as a commentator! Coincidentally, I have literally complained out loud this year about how BAD virtually ALL of the current NFL commentators are. I think Romo is fantastic, but few others come to mind- especially most former players from the game itself (ie, I think Aikman sucks.) But Rivers is VERY intelligent, football-savvy, and charismatic. He's a gifted talker, and he's a clean talker. So I think he'll be great as a commentator, but I'm not sure if he wants to do it. frontofficesports.com/philip-rivers-next-tony-romo-nfl-tv/

Bills are up 21-3 over the Fins with 5 minutes left in the first half, and no Fitzmagic available. It looks like PR and the Colts can punch their own ticket this afternoon!
