Injuries have decimated the ability to play at a high level, as the depth simply isn't that talented. Most know this......

some of the worst offensive play calling i have seen from Whiz Gordon was a waste of space. Elker may have done better with more carries. But you have to give Denver credit. they came to play. they shut down the run, forcing the bolts to throw into their strength. The D stepped up in the second half, but the offense never left the locker room to start the day. The could not punch in two goal line opportunities. Four red zone trips. What did the end up with like 35 rushing yards, no rushing first downs. less that 100 yards total offense in the second half. Woeful. This is more than just whiz. Bosa is not getting big bucks next year IMO. 1 sack, 1 tackle for loss today. that was it as far as I could see. Thank you King. Otherwise it would have looked worse.

The Chargers injuries are a high and deep. they are playing 3rd level players. If that is the talent you are talking about then fine, but as a blanket statement it is too generalized and simply unsupported.

2 turnovers at the 1 yard line is unacceptable. The only HUGE players we are missing right now are in this order in my opinion:
1. Derwin James 2. Melvin Ingram 3. Mike Pouncey 4. Hunter Henry
Our DL is only Bosa (and Ingram when healthy) the rest are average Our LB's are average Our CB's and S's are average save Heyward (and Derwin when healthy) Our OL is below average (Pouncey when healthy above average) Our QB, RB's, WR's are above average (and TE when HH healthy) Our K/P is average
We could be anywhere between 1-4 to 5-0 right now, I'd feel a ton better at 3-2 than 2-3 though.
Lost to Detroit due to Special teams, lost by 3 and Ty Long missed 2 fg's, only make 1 and I think we win in OT. Lost to Houston due to our D got shredded. Lost to Denver due to our O was asleep.
No more losses for any of these reasons is the only thing we can hope for.

It’s not the depth that lost this game. It’s the front line stars of the team There aren’t many front line stars; fewer uninjured. I suspect that was his point. Rivers, Ekeler, Gordon, Keenan and MW all played. Those are our front line stars on offense. We couldn’t score with all of them on the field. Those are the guys that need to produce. They didnt. That’s why we lost. Can’t have two goal line opportunities and fail to get a single point out of either. That’s just stupid

We didn’t lose because of our oline either

Because I am pissed, I don't want to see social media Twitter crap either. "Jack Em Boys" or whatever that crap has has been from the beginning. BS. "Slayer" unless you have the real Slayer Chris Harris Jr on there. What now ? Slayer Shutdown Corner maybe. You better go figure this crap out. Pittsburgh is flying all the way starting A THIRD STRING QB. You best get to .500 before the real schedule starts. That was just a horror show. Denver went right down the field multiple times to start the game. When your HC opens up the press conf. with "I am sorry you had to watch that damn game." You have problems, and it ain't just injuries either. There were many downs that Denver was holding up signs that said WE ARE RUNNING LINDSAY NOW, and he still gets 114 yards on the ground with only 15 carries Lets see how this grabs ya; We are behind OAKLAND in the standings. Yeah, Jack Boys Jack Boys Jack Boys Jack Boys Jack Boys. Give me a freakin' break. Jack something alright.

I see that the level of activity in here matched the level of skill and passion displayed by the Chargers today. It's like a Charger home game.

I beg to differ, and just about any statistic you look at supports my statement. Reserve players playing starter minutes is never good, but having this many reserve players playing is resulting in disaster.
