I'm not sure why you are skirting the oline but here is my reply to your GM, Coaches: Knute Rockne and Belichick couldn't make this line great. Telesco, Lynn, Ozzie Newsome, whomever. The line needs replaced. The real zinger is yes the line HAS got to be replaced but maybe not by the same imbeciles that trotted that chinese fire drill out to protect our HOF QB in the first place.New GM new o line? We can discuss whether we think TT should go, but know that they will not fire him. So......... A good Manager knows when to get help. He ignored the oline, so he can change that himself. Then he has a history of suck drafting oline. Go get Ollie Oline Master Scout Draft selector to pick the oline. Whatever it takes. I truly believe that he ignored the oline to draft others, then thought he had great picks that were of draft value, then felt what we had was good enough, it'll change, they will get stronger together. I really don't give a damn what he felt. We are way past all of the talky talk and spin tales of yore. It has failed and failed hard. Over haul, replace, rebuild, whatever you what to call it.

Tyrod stinks, I watched that loser every week on TV for Buffalo, that's all I get for games in upstate NY. Tyrod has legs and doesn't throw into double or triple coverage... Old legs and he doesn’t throw into coverage because he can’t throw period. He’s not the answer, change the culture in the organization.

Why do I picture Ken Whisenhunt on a sunny beach laughing his ass off right now ? After the Packer game, some introspection and soul searching. After the Raider game, 😂 ROTFLMAO 😝 5 INT's (2 were called back on penalties). 5 sacks. The bigger point should not be missed !!! This wasn't the 70's Steel Curtain. The raiders were the last place team in the NFL defending the pass.
Last !!!

The draft decisions are not made by one person sitting in the room going 'I like this guy, or that guy' to himself. You know there are a ton of people involved in creating the information base used to assign rankings, or big board if you prefer, and even then at pick time there is discussion. It can be debated just whose voice carries the most weight, with TT and Lynn having plenty of influence. My concern is J Spanos, and how vocal he might be in the process, while having literally no ramification for any poor decision made by him. TT is the face of the draft..... Regardless.....the club did not ignore OL, as they chose Pipkins with their 3rd pick. Clearly too little of an investment in an area of huge need. My thought is the coaching staff would not agree with the belief OL was a huge need, and that was a big factor in the decisions this recent draft. The metrics do not lie, and they will tell you the OL has been bad for years. To ignore that is simply stunning to me. Fire the entire coaching staff at year end........infuse as much talent into the OL group as possible by utilizing every avenue available prior to the draft.......

The final decision should be by the GM. He owns it. As to the draft last year, there wasn't enough depth or talent. So I get picking BPA.

But let’s explore your error. Spanos, TT, Lynn, etc etc the whole draft team . Someone has to pick the name each round. Who does that. Who who who ? It’s already common knowledge that it’s Telesco. He and only he makes the final draft call. The only exception is you might hear “I gave Spanos this years sixth pick” or “I gave Bradley this years fifth pick”. Outside of that not even once a year cuteness, Telesco makes the final say. Period.

J Spanos is involved in the decision making process to a degree I believe. He came up through the scouting side of the organization, so I find it difficult to envision him sitting quietly while others discuss the traits of possible picks.....clearly I have no idea how strongly he might be expressing his views, or even if he has any eye for talent. TT is certainly the face of these decisions, as a GM should be, regardless of how any decision was arrived at. The draft last year seems like a miss from beginning to end......Tillery, Adderly and Pipkins......can just one of them develop into something.

Well the other LA team was even more of an offensive shitshow than we were. So I guess there's that.
