I would OK with that. I would rather have the #1 tackle, CB, or LB than QB #3. I don’t think that Herbert being the #3 rated QB by talking heads matters much. The question is how he could ultimately develop given time, coaching, and experience. He appears to have many characteristics that are desired for a franchise QB. Personally I would rather take the chance at what could be a 10-15 year QB than someone who may or may not be a #1 at another position. The exception to that might be someone who is likely to be a generational talent. i fully concur with this post.

Congratulations to Andy Reid and the Chiefs organization. What a great game and great team to keep fighting forward.
The Chargers could learn something by emulating a group like that.

One can respect the success of one’s adversaries in this game; especially, as here, if it is earned. This is a game, after all.

KC is currently the business winner. What sad is the bolts are the only team in their division to not win a SB ever. Even Seattle who used to be, figured it out. The business acumen of this team is seriously lacking

For my money the 49ers 2 best players in the super bowl were Samuel and Bosa. Rookies. What did we get out of our top picks? Nada

For my money the 49ers 2 best players in the super bowl were Samuel and Bosa. Rookies. What did we get out of our top picks? Nada To be fair, Bosa's name wasn't called much during the SuperBowl. My crowd of Ohio State fans even made that point. ( Not that Nick wasn't the best rookie of the year or a great player going forward!) But we also commented how Samuel was a beast early and often in last night's big game! Counterpoint [for discussion not argument]- the Chiefs (who won the game) didn't have any outstanding rookie performers last night... what does that mean?

If we will not see significal improvement from both then it will end as the worst draft like ever??
