Start Stick. Stick with that. We're on to the 2020 Draft. Leave it to the draft guy to remind us we did draft a QB.

It's a wonder this team won any games with all that is going on. LA doesn't want them, Gordon holds out, Rivers showing his age, Fired O/C, playing on a high school field, only opposing fans go to the games, massive injuries every year. This team needs to be sold to another owner. Let's face it, even when they are good they are bad. They lose in the most ridiculous ways, they struggle against inferior teams, they have yet to win a Superbowl. I believe per the agreement with the NFL over the move to LA, Spanos cannot sell the team for 5 years. Not positive, but pretty certain I read that way back when the entire move was being discussed and decided.

Kroenke’s pissed, they are an embarrassment to the league with their few fans and tiny stadium. 3rd year in LA is not a charm. Too many questionable calls at critical moments this year

I heard Harbaugh is using advanced analytics and I would love for the GM or Owner to hire an outside independent guru to be neutral and say what our needs are. TT could have a bias. Spanos could have a bias. Lynn more than likely will have a bias.
Perhaps the guru will say Rivers is done, perhaps they'll say you have a top 5 QB behind a bad line or bad coaching, etc. This is what I would like to see happen. Not the owners take, not the GM's take, not the Coaches take, not the players take, not the medias take, not even our take as we are all divided and either love too much or hate too much.
With that being said here are my other 2 cents lol:
I think everyone will agree that we are only 1 play per game (perhaps 2 at the most) that we lost from being undefeated right now. Lions, Texans, Titans, etc. all games lost by a score or less to where we would have won with that 1 play per game difference or gone to O.T. (where we could of used that 2nd play).
But ... if we were 12-0 right now the media would be slobbering all over us, we'd be slobbering all over ourselves, but we'd have the same team we have today.
Would we really have a chance against a Baltimore right now? I am thinking we'd be smoked because in reality we are a .500 talent team. We could easily be 2-10 right now as well if 1 or 2 plays in our wins against the Colts and Bears went differently. But if there were fair and just football gods out there we'd be 6-6 or 7-5 not to mention the refs this year, Tenn, Detroit, Denver cost us 3 wins and we'd be 7-5 pretenders right now. If I were Lynn I'd tell the players that we're not losers, to end up 8-8 and I'd make a stink about the refs the rest of the year, especially the Tennessee game and protest that game throughout the offseason, there was no irrefutable evidence on EK's TD or MG's TD, and the Lions and the Broncos b.s. calls.
We aren't really much different from last years 12-4 team. We had a nice run last year, we even outscored the SB champs 21-6 in the 2nd half in Foxborough.
I really don't know what the issue is. I'd say coaching (as I feel Lynn cost us our 0-4 start 2 years ago) but I really hate tearing it down and starting over when it could turn worse. I kind of wish they got Bruce Arians back in the day.
Bottom line is we don't win games 45-6 like the Ravens and Pats do and when they don't smoke the other team they at least usually win the close ones.
We were kind of lucky last year, extremely unlucky this year. A waste of a season. It's just unbelievable that this bad luck won't leave us and go to another team like the Patriots already.
We aren't as horrible as people say we are and last year we weren't as good as people thought we were. People we're loving on Bosa during his 2 or 3 game terror when Heyward has been the D's MVP (minus today). People hating on Rivers when he's 3rd in the league in yards.
I'd love to get a do over for this season with no MG holding out, no Derwin out, no Okung or Lamp out (we had Tevi and Scho last year too) no bad reffing, no bad luck and see us at 8-4 right now instead of 4-8 but once again, could we of beat Baltimore healthy and lucky? Perhaps, could we of beat San Fran or Seattle? Never will know now. Criminal that the football gods hate us so much.

We are actually LEGALLY locked into misery for 5 years............................................... COMPLETELY Freak Approved. Beat THAT Cleveland. We double dog dare you.
