Comparing Tua to Hebert is like comparing Scarlett Johansson to Amy Schumer. Amy can look hot with the right lighting and from the right angle but also scare the shit out of you the next time you see her. Scarlett always brings the goods. You wanna **** or laugh? Both whenever possible.

The only way Newton makes sense would be a 1 year league minimum contract to rebuild his value for next year.
With all the high priced players up to be free agents next year only a QB on a rookie deal price level will allow us to keep them. Bosa , Ingram , Allen , Taylor & Henry will all be up.

Every FA QB in the league to include Josh McCown would laugh in TT's face with that offer... This organization is showing no signs of being in rebuild mode. When next year comes, if we sign Newton and he plays well, I would let Ingram and Taylor walk in order to sign the rest.

When you start laying down Josh McCown, you're getting Nominated.

Guess it comes down to how desperate Cam gets playing the game of musical chairs being played by him and Winston. Do you take min for a year or sit at home and hope the phone rings during the season from a team needing an injury replacement.

I’m sure both are getting attention, it’s whether is to start or to be a backup that’s slowing the process. Also Newton is in a different league than Winston when healthy.

The problem is he can't stay healthy...... If TT signs him, do I get Simmons?

Simmons if he's there or an OT, either would be a win win situation IMHO. (but I would prefer Simmons in that scenario)

Also Newton is in a different league than Winston when healthy. The problem is he can't stay healthy......If TT signs him, do I get Simmons? Again... That is just blatantly false. Before last season Newton had missed 6 games his entire career. His injury history is no worse than every other QB in the league...
