Thats awesome! Didn't know you served? Or as a contractor? Either way thank you... I'm not trying to start a political argument, I think some of these states are taking this virus response to far. That was my polite deflection of political argument. I was in the Air Force for 8 years, now I’m working as a contractor out here. We’re pretty much following CDC guidelines for gatherings, social distancing, etc. I’d imagine that an entity as large as the NFL that spans the entire US will do the same. Thats cool, I retired 2 years ago. Stay safe brother! I could totally understand selling half occupancy tickets and encouraging seat spacing. lol, they could even give out masks with a Charger logo on it!!

Taylor Swift postpones her SoFi Stadium concert for the end of July until 2021.
Kenny Cherney is booked for August 1. No word on cancelling that yet

I just can't fathom this happening... Are we talking about teams playing in an empty stadium or nixing the NFL altogether? That's an expensive stadium to leave empty.

Just think how much cheaper it will be to build facilities for games if there are no fans attending.......even San Diego might afford to build one. Well, as some commenter somewhere said, the Chargers have been preparing for no fans attending for years. |

But I definitely agree that there is no reason to be cancelling things that far in advance. I am a firm believer that things should be taken 2 weeks at a time. Don’t cancel something until it’s reached the point that it definitely can’t happen...
