I have Lamar Jackson but picked up Herbert mid-season. I've had Herbert locked in as my starter ever since, which has been good because Jackson hasn't produced much. But in the last few weeks we've seen Herbert cool down and Lamar Jackson heat up. It's the fantasy playoff semi-finals, and I'm torn on this so I'd appreciate the thoughts from my CMB brethren- who's the better play this week, Herbert @ Raiders or Jackson v Jaguars? How did you do?

How did you do? Thanks for asking AFB- I have already won this week's matchup and I'm in the Championship game next week! I was fourth in the playoffs and just knocked off the #1 seed... mainly because he started Derek Carr who was knocked out in the first quarter! The rest of his team was stacked (Chubb, Dalvin Cook, Evans, Ridley) so QB was his weak spot, but when when an early injury happens it's hard to make up those lost points. I won by ten, so a halfway decent game by his QB would've won it for him. But a win is a win! The other game is still pending as the 2 and 3 ranked teams each have a player in the Monday game tonight, and they're two points apart in projections. But I'd much rather play the #3 team because he's not as loaded as the #2 team. (He finished third overall but was only the 7th highest scoring team all year!) And for the record, Lamar did barely outscore Herbert- both had really good games in fantasy and real life.

Yea for sure, sounds like you would have been right to choose either QB. I got hammered last week in round 1... My team did literally nothing, it was bad. Good luck!

Depending on who goes number 1, McCaffery would be my default 1. From the research I've done they put Kamara above Henry because Henry does not get the passing yards. Assuming McCaffery gets taken at #1 my order right now is:
Cook
Kamara
Henry

Then I have Ekeler, Jones and Chubb in the 5th- 7th spots. How many teams? Are you targeting Slayer on the wrap back around or might he last to the third in your league? Gotta have some Bolts on your team!

We're a 12 person league this year up from 10, so things will get more competitive. Are you in a league this year? Seems like nobody else does...
