Speculation IS fun. In these instances, I picked on teams with really bad cap situations for next year (Packers, Chiefs, and Steelers). With the Covid-induced salary cap reduction, there will be 10-14 teams that will have a real hard time retaining their FA's. In fact, 10 of them will have to cut/trade some of their current roster to become cap feasible by draft day. I suspect it will be a buyers' market. The top 8 or 9 top teams (cap wise) may have a productive off-season. Certainly the very top teams (Jaguars, Jets, Patriots, Colts) will have an advantage over us. I'd target the center position as my PON. Jaguars and Patriots probably re-sign their FA centers. Jets and Colts already have good centers on board. That's a great call. Remember, you can get Center's later in the draft as they are not valued as much.............. Landon Dickerson is our man

But I value centers so much that I'd rather spend some money on a proven starter (Linsley-Packers). But I'd definitely draft a center in later rounds to develop... Jarrett Patterson (Michigan) in the 5th round...?

Landon Dickerson is our man I really like Landon Dickerson... but what round...? He should drop due to injuries. If he’s there in the 3rd it’s a no brained. Might have to be 2nd to play it safe. He’s anchor that would transform the whole OL

Michael Davis is a must sign. He really has emerged in 2020. Everything you said but that... Hard pass on Watkins. I firmly believe only a guy like Andy Reid could get production out of him, he is an aging WR that is average at best. Hey, if Sammy Watkins isn't your cup of tea... so be it. I'm just trying to find FA WR's (on teams with cap troubles) to show how roster spots can be filled more efficiently. Are you saying you wouldn't trade Trai Turner/Mike Williams for Corey Linsley/Hunter Henry/Sammy Watkins...? Doesn't have to be Sammy Watkins. You could go cheaper. Say, Josh Reynolds (Rams). Or you could go even cheaper via the draft (3rd round...?). But then you're dedicating a draft pick... 2021 Free Agent list... WR's www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/all/wide-receiver/

Based on that list of WR's, I'd do everything I can to pick up Corey Davis from Tennessee if I were TT.

We also had some fail draft picks as well, Max Tuerk in the 3rd for example. What do we do then?

Oh, don't stop with Max Tuerk in the 3rd... please throw in Trey Pipkins, Dan Feeney, and Chris Watt also. How about drafted OL in general...? DJ Fluker, Chris Watt, Donovan Clark, Max Tuerk, Sam Tevi, Dan Feeney, Forrest Lamp, Scott Quessenbury, and Trey Pipkins... LOL! What was I thinking...? Pick up a proven center...? Oh hell no... we should draft one!
