Lt Tackle will be Jonah Williams their 2019 1st round pick THIS^^^ the bengals drafted Jonah Williams 11th overall just two years ago, so why the hell would they take another young tackle when they are literally just going to start over at the posiiton and already have one with almost 2 years of experience? the bengals don’t need to draft sewell, unless people are claiming that they are ready to give up on Williams BTW, interesting story about the politics of OTAs this offseason, OTAs cost Jonah Williams his entire rookie season after he shredded his labrum on his left shoulder during OTAs.

Joe Burrow's season got ended with a hit to his left knee. Number One pick overall QB get's his left tackle. Chase and Pitts would be good to run for the injury cart on his next hit, a left tackle protects him. Next ? Cincy drafted a tackle 11th overall just in 2019, so unless you have evidence that they are ready part ways/move on from him, why in the heck do you believe they’ll draft another tackle so soon? Yeah, let’s start over with another young tackle and get burrow’s other knee crushed they’re drafting jamar chase OR trading down for an interior lineman like AVT I predict the chargers swap picks with the bengals for Mike Williams and a 3rd plis something in 2022, then they draft sewell, the bengals will draft AVT if the bengals stay at 5 it’s because they’ll be getting chase

Thoughts on trading up to: #4 with Falcons will cost too much draft capital. That's a no go for me, unless the Bolts want to truly SHOCK THE WORLD. Sewell or Pitts? I won't be mad. #5 with Bengals is a no go. Imagine if Herbert gets the protection of Sewell for next 10 years and Burrow gets another trip to IR. Bad optics for this trade. #6 with Miami is a no go. I originally thought this might be a good trade partner, but Miami can't afford the same bad optics of helping Herbert and not Tua. #7 with Lions is the first real potential spot to consider a trade up. Let's say Falcons, Bengals & Miami go TE, WR, WR. That leaves Sewell for us to go grab. #8 with Panthers is the next potential spot to consider a trade up. Presumably for Slater if Sewell is gone. Surtain is another consideration if they want to jump Dallas. #9 with Broncos is a no go. Division rival trades don't usually happen. #10 with Dallas is doubtful as I would prefer we wait to take whichever CB is leftover between Surtain or Horn. That is, if Bolts are planning to take a CB at #13. #11 with Giants basically depends on whoever falls after the run on QBs and/or multiple other teams trade up into top 10. Ideally, Bolts should stay put at #13 and take BPA. #12 with Eagles (see #11 thoughts). Only trade up if someone crazy is still on the board and we don't want another team behind us to jump ahead a grab said player. #13 Chargers wait and take BPA or attempt a trade back. Regardless, someone really good is going to be on the board. CB, WR, Best LB, possibly top OL. Just don't pull a "Raiders" and take a player no one has "mocked" or rated in the top 20. Personally, I like how the Bolts keep things so close to the vest. It's anyone's guess, especially this year at #13.
What say you?

I think the disparity between Sewell, Slater and Darrisaw is minimal, so I stay at 13th and pick the one that falls to me.

The more I think about our draft, I could see the Bolts grabbing Micah Parsons at #13 if he's still there. It would be a classic TT move. Everyone is focused on us taking OL, CB or WR left on the board, but all along they knew the #1 rated LB would be sitting there for the taking. Why I like it: 1. Versatility, can play inside or on the edge. Another chess piece to move around. 2. Speed, Speed, Speed. 4.39 in the 40--are you kidding me. 3. Size. 6'3" and 245lbs. A lethal tank. Imagine him paired with Kenneth Murray who came in at 6'2" and 251 lbs and we thought he had speed. 4. Again, Rated #1 at his position.
I won't be mad if he's the pick.

Unfortunately that would mean kicking the can on OT down the draft, and that just seems like a big mistake. OT in the 1st round must happen.....

I looked at him earlier, decided he was late 2nd....maybe, much more likely third round. I suppose it all comes down to demand for OL, if it is crazy strong, he moves up in value and makes it into second round.
