I suppose my point is, let this be a lesson to any player on the Bolts who thinks that by disobeying team rules, (the halftime incident) and/or publicly bashing management during contract negotiations, that he will be welcomed back with open arms. There is such a thing in sports, and life, known as class. When Gordon was kept from playing due to injury, he could have griped publicly about it, but he was classy, and kept it to himself. If you're going to build a winning culture, you can't have players throwing management, the coaches or other players under the bus. Hopefully, the lesson has been learned.

Maybe Weedle learned a lesson from the last time he burned his Bolt bridges behind him while leaving us...he didn't want to take a pay cut from his $6.5 mil contract in 2018, and the Ravens didn't want to even offer him a cut anyway...apparently the Ravens didn't feel they got their money's worth for Weddle's puny production of only 3 passes defensed and zero picks all year long...that averages out to Weddle earning about $2 million for each pass defensed...a bit steep, imho...

Yep...Weedle looking for another team he can sucker into paying him $2 million for each pass he defends...maybe he ups his total from 3 all last year to 4 the next year...so it will take about $8 mil a year to sign him...
