Chargers are missing their top 3 edge rushers (Ingram, Bosa & Nwosu), and the Donkos will be missing Chubb along with Lindsey, so the D can focus on Gordon.

Sorry AF, but play to win each and every time. Both clubs are pretty bad, so God only knows what will happen today.
I hope to see Herbert continue to make solid decisions while exhibiting strong leadership.
Win or lose, please no major injuries to any of the players.

Just remember that when Lynn is coaching again next year... A win this week does nothing positive for this team. I hope Herbert has a great game and we lose by 1 score due to ST's...

So winning is not a positive? I understand your point, it was meant in the strategic view, but winning is the goal each and every time.

This game has the feel of a pre season game. No Bosa, Allen, Henry, Ingram, Chenna, James, tranquil, etc.

So winning is not a positive? I understand your point, it was meant in the strategic view, but winning is the goal each and every time. I get that and wholeheartedly agree... I like seeing my team win, but as a couch dwelling armchair QB I'm already looking to next year. I think just about all of us on this board know what will happen if we win these next 1-2 games and what the Spanos will do regarding coaching. There’s nothing that can erase what we witnessed during the first three months of the season that even includes a W when the string of L’s was broken (the end of the first half against the Falcons). Lynn is a dead man walking - they didn’t want to fire him midseason and insert an interim coach from the staff, but the limited fa base that they have will revolt if they retain Lynn for 2021. |
