New staff, new systems,schemes, many new players in new roles, etc. Maybe they'll get better as a group, maybe not. I think they will.

hmmm.. I remember a stacked bolt team with a Norv Turner at head coach. I don't think one player would have made a difference. That wasn’t the question. They asked if one player makes you a super bowl contender. Tampa was 7-9 before they got Brady and won the super bowl. So the answer is yes. |

I voted 'talent' but if I was to think it was coaching, it would be because of a failure to adjust. Everyone was wondering what Staley's club would be like, but after 4-5 games, there is plenty of tape......opposing coordinators figured the Chargers out.....and Staley has made few changes. Losing is to be expected....

Throw it in. This is the ****ing NFL. Every week is a dogfight, I don't care who you play. Just look at this week. The first place Raiders lost to the woeful Giants. The new AFC darling Bills put up 6 and lost to the Jags. The ****ing Jags. The terrible Donkeys destroyed America's Team. The infallible Mahommes and his almighty Chiefs barely escaped a 6 point win against the Rodger-less Pack. Saints fell to the Falcons. The feeling in here is we're winless and looking forward to the 1st overall pick next year. WTF! Bolt the **** up people! We're 5-3, atop the division, and control our destiny. BOLT THE **** UP!! |

I can appreciate the sentiment, but a forum of nothing but rosie homers is a boring one... This team has alot to prove, especially with a rookie HC/OC that likes to call games like he's at the craps table. We got a win today, but resting on our laurels is for losers.
