Following last week’s hugely disappointing loss where they lost a massive opportunity to be in the driver’s seat for the AFC West title, the Chargers are now in a must-win situation against a team that they should easily put away in a comfortable fashion. No excuses for this one regardless of who is missing, just methodically take the Texans apart like they did against the Giants a couple of weeks back.

Great chance to get backups some playing time. Let Merrill (who should be on the active roster anyway) Egebueboo whatever time at linebacker.
Go take out the kc loss on Houston. Go Pittsburgh. Upset KC .
Take Pittsburgh + 10 points. Did you know Big Ben is 7-2 against KC ?

Chargers need to win......period.
This is a game they should easily win, but treat this game exactly like it is......a must win game.

Chargers should beat the bricks off this Texans team.
A gift from the Steelers would be nice but the chiefs don't scare me no matter where we face them.

Finished my pregame jog on the treadmill, threw on my Merriman jersey to hop up the defensive front, popped open my first beer at 9:55 AM and am ready to roll!

The Chargers are facing a rookie QB. Even with the secondary being depleted once again, I’ll take my chanc s with forcing the rook to make plays under pressure with less secondary than giving him all day.
