How about lack of playoff games? I don't apologize for wanting to follow a winning team. The facts are on my side... How about a ton more blame being heaped on the players..... Every season it seems like the Chargers are considered a PO likely club....that is outside pundits predicting, and they are basing it off of rostered players and coaching. It isn't the GM that is failing this organization..... Whatever you're smoking I'll take some... Who's job is it to bring in the players? Who's job is it to EVALUATE the players? Oh yea... The GM. Its the guns fault right? Not the guy that pulled the trigger?

Its the guns fault right? Not the guy that pulled the trigger? There is a very large group that is involved in these decisions you mention.....one of which is the GM......they call it collaboration. If you believe any GM just sits down, reads a few reports, then decides on his own.....well, if you actually believe that is how it goes, then I have found the disconnect between us. There simply is no GM that does that.....none.

HA! You're ridiculous... I'm done... how are you feeling with Covid ? Well I hope. My symptoms started on the 20th so I've been working from home awhile. It honestly just felt like a moderate flu and I haven't been that sick in years... Now just a nagging cough that I heard can last awhile, I "officially" go back to work tomorrow! Woop woop!

Trade draft picks for proven NFL stars. Rams style. REACT AS I'M BOLD ENOUGH TO POST !!!!!!!!!!!!! Specifically on defense!! We have a good group of young players, we need star vet leadership... We need guys like Aaron Donald and Von Miller who can lead the squad and instill some urgency. Do any of you think the freshly drafted young player is as hungry for a Superbowl? Mike Williams for example... All of a sudden he shows up his contract year? Yea they all know the system... Go all in or its the same old result year after year... Last couple Superbowls prove that.

Kenneth Walker III 4. Kyren Williams 5. Zamir White From the free agent list, I like Fournette, Mostert, and Penny the most. Jeff Wilson, Matt Brieda and Marlon Mack might work, too. There's a lot of injury history in that group or other baggage, so I wouldn't overpay nor would I cry if we didn't sign a veteran in lieu of drafting a rookie RB. ( Third time's a charm? ? ?)
