It’s been a long 8-month wait that Charger fans have had to endure leading up to this one.
I’m expecting an efficient game from the offense and I can’t wait to see most of the new defensive additions unveiled. I’m looking forward to the Raider fanbase to be silenced for a large portion of the game as they were in last September’s Monday Nighter and also to be taking an early exit from the game. Chargers with a double-digit victory margin!

It's time. It is simply time. We have corrected this team to the point of being a Super Bowl contender. Awash in talent, we get to see what Staley now DOES with that talent. There are no more excuses, and after having a winning record last year we aren't looking for any excuses either. It is simply time.
Opening up on a revenge game at home against a division rival is a perfect start.
