Its not the end of the world... I say start Stick and keep Herbert on the bench unless he is absolutely needed. Game is ten days away.....far too early to be making serious decisions about the starting QB, or so I think.

Game is ten days away.....far too early to be making serious decisions about the starting QB, or so I think. 10 days is not enough time... Bruised or cracked ribs take at least 3 to 6 weeks. Its the Jags... I rest Herbert and not risk further injury that could nag him throughout the season. Protect Herbert, nip it in the bud. Lets see what we have in Stick, we have a back-up for a reason.

I told y’all during the off season that we needed an RB. We didn’t get one. Now we suffer. Lombardi keeps trying to run the ball and in 2 games we have ONE RUN OVER 10 yards. ONE. Ek is t built for it and neither Michel nor Kelley can handle it. We drafted Spiller and he hasn’t played a single down. They rebuilt the OL over the past 2 seasons and what’s the result? Our franchise qb has busted ribs. Give the man weapons.
