Pederson took Staley to the woodshed today. Clinic on both sides of the ball. You saw a prepared team that knew what it was doing against an unprepared team that had no idea. No rhythm offensively, no creativity and soft on defense. 38-10 on the road for the Jags. Pasting.

Well this is half bullshit, half duh, IMO. The bullshit part is that fully half of the unnamed 6 captains are hurt, either inactive today, or not finishing today's game. So, we obviously shouldn't expect them to chime in. The other half is the duh part. The remaining 3 are all defensive. The defense got hung out to dry today, bad -- and wouldn't have much to say. I myself would like to see Lombardi in a PC. By himself. For an hour. With NY market style reporters after him. |
